The program
Hotels, tickets, finance, and day-to-day work in one Windows system. Each staff member has a login, and one login stays open on one computer at a time.
Swift
About
Swift is a Windows program for travel agencies. It runs on the company’s computers, and the books stay in the company’s SQL Server.
This website
The site is the public page, the download, and the invoice tool. It does not keep the agency’s accounts or ledgers.
On the office network
The program and SQL Server stay inside the company. Computers on the same network connect to that database.
On a server the company rents
If branches need to connect from outside the office, the company rents a server (a VPS) and puts the program and SQL Server there. The company still owns the database. This website is not that server.
